This is a cause that hasn't gone away, the situation has not at all improved for Tibetans (or Uyghurs) under Chinese occupation - in fact its become worse.  Most folks havent heard a word of how bad it has become due to the fact that most of our media companies need to obey the rules laid down by the Chinese Government in order to sell their wears to the Chinese market.
